Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or using our withdrawal form). You may use our withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Please complete the form completely and submit it before making a return.
Only fully completed revocations can be processed.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

In the event of cancellation, you must return the goods at your own expense and immediately, but no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped and insured .
We recommend that you return the item with tracking and provide us with the tracking number to better identify the return.
Returns without postage paid or which cannot be tracked will not be accepted.

Loss of value of the goods

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, please proceed as follows:

Step 2: Return by insured shipping

 Please keep your shipping receipt with the tracking number and email us a photo or scan of the receipt . This will allow us to track the shipment if necessary.

Important:

  • The return costs are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments (insufficient postage).
  • The refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
